McKenna was almost 2 here and cried the the year before and after this. This year was the first year she didn't cry and the first year Addie did.

that doesn't make you worst mom...it just proves Santa's scary not jolly. You're a great mom you know that...Sorry you had to experience this again.
How scarred is Santa when he goes home at night? I'm sure you're not the only mom who puts her kids through this. :)
I was just about to load some of the same pics from today when I read this. lol Samantha was not happy either!
That's so cute Cara! I don't even bother because Jake cries being anywhere near Santa. Those pictures are classic though :)
