McKenna has been going to Twist-N U gymnastics for over a year now and she loves going just as much as she did on her first day. Today they had a special end of the year award party. Each of the students got to have an hour doing what they normally do and then each of them got to have their time to shine. They each got to choose what activity they like doing best and perform it in front of all the other parents and students. This is a totally different scene for Twist-N U because normally they have at least 4 classes going on in the gym at one time and kids are everywhere. It was really neat to see just one kid on the floor at one time. She chose to do the long trampoline showcasing her tuck jumps. (Last year they just said what they liked most and she said Miss Sarah.) After they did their one special task they climbed onto the podium and received their metals. So cute!

If you look closely you can see McKenna's foot poking out of the foam squares. They jump off of the platform and do a flip into the foam square pit. When she first started she would not even jump to Sarah in the pit.

too cute. Alexa and I love the one when she's in the harness. we were looking at the pics and Alex saw that pic and said, "WOOO look Mk can ffly." I thought it was funny. I can't wait to get Alex in Gym.
