Red, White and Blue

"Come on my Little Ducklings"

As most moms know when running errands we are usually in a hurry and have our hands full. In recent days after having Sophie I let McKenna and Adelyn walk while I hold or push Sophie. And of course I am always walking really fast and they struggle to keep up. So to keep them close to me and to remind them that they need to pick up the pace I am always saying "Come on my little ducklings" They always giggle and they follow me like little ducklings follow their mama in a diagonal row. So when we were invited to see 8 real baby ducklings we couldn't pass it up. Our neighbors and friends the Johnson's rescued 8 baby ducklings because their mama flew away and never came back.

Sophie was so tired and hot.

Bikes and Nights

Sophie got a new helmet and we think it fits a little better. McKenna is starting to ride without her training wheels. And the girls are starting to get used to sleeping together because they keep getting closer and closer.

Our Hydrangea

We love the blooms we get on our Hydrangea plant every year. This year I thought I would get the girls all dressed in matching clothes and take their picture (of course.) Well they did not cooperate as a group so we took them separately and on different days, when they were feeling up to it.
