As most of you know for the last 2 years Todd has participated in the Tour de Palm Springs. The first year he rode 25 miles and the second year he rode 50 miles. Well this year on Valentine's Day we rode as a family. Yep you guessed it we moved up in mileage for the third year and rode 100 miles. HA no way we rode 5 miles and my butt is still sore from that seat. Anyway the girls had a blast. They had their Valentine bags with pez candy, a princess wand, a magna doodle, snacks and their bike race bottles (that is what they call Todd’s bottles when he rides so they have to have one too). After we were finished the girls had black asphalt particles all over their face, in their eyes and up their noses. We had no idea they did not complain about it. I guess we will have to put the screen on next time. Anyway we look forward to riding 10 miles next year.
